    Testing : Create DigiLocker account and pull your digital documents
    1. First create your aadhaar based account from "https://digilocker.gov.in/" and navigate across the site to familiarize your self with various options available.

    2. Go to dashboard and pull your documents like Pan, Driving License, LIC policy, School certificates etc in your secure account.

    3. While fetching the docs and site navigation note down issues if you encounter any.

    4. Also keep in mind the user perspective and ease of fetching any document while you perform above steps. If you feel any difficulty as new user from creating account till fetching files, report that as well with proper screenshot and documentation.

    5. Repeat the same steps on mobile app as well (android or ios whichever applicable).

    You have to delete account for step 5. To delete your account send message to your SPOC.

    Additional feedback on the website: I changed by registered phone number and added an email to my account. Was able to do so without any issues.

    ### Feedback on mobile app:

    -> After clicking the Account button on the bottom right -> was unable sign in with CORRECT Aadhar number (using correct aadhar number each time) -> This error was given: "Invalid Aadhar number". I tried 6-7 times but no luck.

    -> After clicking the Account button on the bottom right -> was unable to sign in with CORRECT mobile number -> I entered my mobile number and an OTP was sent to it. -> After entering the OTP, I entered my CORRECT 6 digit pin number which was rejected and said to be incorrect -> Then I clicked on "forgot security PIN" and proceed to fill in some basic information asked by the app -> Then I was asked to set a new security PIN -> After entering the new 6 digit new pin (which I deliberately kept same as the old one) in the first field and confirming it the second field below it, I clicked on submit. -> The submit button did nothing and kept me on the same page. I proceeded to click on it several times, but nothing happened.

    Now, I can't figure out a way to login via the mobile app.

    Even thought the app looks clean, this experience was greatly unsatisfactory and the working of the app seemed buggy.

    ### Coming back to the website:

    After this, I came back to the website to see if my class X marksheet had been added to my account. To my surprise, the only way to log in to one's account is via username and password. There's no option to log in via mobile number/ Aadhar card number!

    However, I discover a backdoor to this issue. I just clicked on the Sign Up button and proceeded to enter my Aadhar card number as a new user. After entering the OTP sent to my phone, I was asked to enter 6 digit security PIN. I entered the same pin that was rejected by the app. Here, the PIN was accepted and I was logged in to my account!

    I found my class X marksheet in the Issued documents.

    Good work Suyash, we will check your suggestions and take it forward.
    Regarding ClassX marksheet, let us know if you found document later on or not. It should be under Issued Document section.

    Account deletion and recreation using mobile app will allow you to get familiar with mobile interface as well and verify if both experiences are same and smooth or not.
    But not mandatory, you can sign in using app and fetch/delete your documents in app as well.
    Get familiar with app as you will be automating the same app going forward.

    -> The UI seems clean.
    -> Account Creation is simple and straightforward.
    -> I was connfused for a few seconds and couldn't find how to add a document while on the main page (index.php) of the website. Potential solution: The contents of https://digilocker.gov.in/index.php/apps/dashboard/smart#no-back should be present on the main page of the website.
    -> After overcoming the difficulty I've given in the above point, adding documents was simple and intuitive. However, I wasn't able to add class X marksheet.
    -> When I tried to add Class X marksheet, the process took too long and I was given an error/ warning message stating "Request is taking longer than expected. The document, once found, will be available in Issued Documents. Please check back later."
    -> Deletion of account is difficult and not intuitive. There's no option on the website that I could locate.

    PS: As the email specifies we'd have to contact our SPOC for account deletion, will do that.
