    Their is no character limit set in "Sign in to your Account" page for username and password.
    1> login to your Digi-locker account from 2 different window of same browser.
    2> log out from 1 browser and try to do activity in other.
    3>Sign in to your account page pop's up.
    4> Check for character limit set for Username and Password field's
