    1. use the base image provided
    2. pip install mongo
    3. edit run.py --> build on flask
    4. get data from uidai collection mongodb using the uid_token
    5. use the html template provided.
    6. append the data of user to html template, so that html for user is created
    7. create QR code for the HTML document.
